Battery drain conundrum » A few days ago the battery in my 1995 XJS was unexpectedly completely flat. The battery is about three months old. I was able to re-charge it and then I decided to measure the current drain. After disconnecting the trunk light I hooked up an ammeter, intending to observe it every 5 minutes for 30 minutes. It read about 440 mA after 5, 10, and 15 minutes, then at 20 minutes its fuse had blown (11A fuse).
